Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
